About SUGARCANE

Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill was Midtown Miami's original elevated dining destination, operating for 15 years at 3252 NE 1st Ave inside the Collection at Midtown Miami. Known for its globally-inspired small plates, inventive artisanal cocktails — including the iconic Spice of Love — and a lively outdoor garden, Sugarcane shaped the culinary identity of the Midtown/Wynwood corridor.

The menu spanned sushi, ceviche, wagyu, duck and waffle, goat cheese croquettes, and bacon-wrapped dates, drawing locals and tourists alike for brunch, lunch, dinner, and late-night bites. Priced in the $$$ range, it offered a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere celebrated for being family-friendly, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and women-owned.

Sugarcane closed its Miami doors on January 31, 2025, earning a posthumous award from Miami New Times as Best Restaurant to Die in the Past Year. The brand continues at Sugarcane Las Vegas at The Venetian.
