This Privacy Policy explains how Agnostic Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates MiamiExplore ("MiamiExplore," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website at miamiexplore.com and all related services (the "Service"). Information You Provide

When you create an account, interact with features, or contact us, you may provide:

• Saved venues: the venues you save to your account

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, links clicked, and time spent on the Service
• Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type
• Approximate location: general geographic area derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)
• Referral data: the website or source that directed you to the Service

We use four measurement tools. Plausible Analytics is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool: its data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. PostHog is a product-analytics service we use to understand how features are used. It collects the pages you view and actions such as saving a venue or running a search (not the words you search for), records where on a page visitors click and where the pointer rests, to build heatmaps, records how far down each page they scroll, and measures how quickly pages load. For signed-in users, PostHog events are associated with your account identifier, and your email and name may be stored as profile properties. We do not record sessions in PostHog. Sentry is an error-monitoring service that collects technical diagnostics when something breaks, including, only when an error occurs, a replay of the affected session with on-screen text and form inputs masked, so we can find and fix problems. For signed-in users, Sentry error reports carry your account identifier, never your email address. Sentry also measures how quickly pages load and respond on every visit: it receives the address of each page you view, those timing measurements, and your browser type, along with a record of whether the visit ended in an error. Cloudflare, which delivers our website, adds its Web Analytics script, which counts page views and measures how quickly pages load.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Enable features such as saving venues
• Respond to your inquiries, comments, and support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and develop new features
• Send service-related communications such as account verification and security alerts
• Personalize your experience, including content recommendations
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How We Share Your Information

• Service providers: we use trusted third-party services to operate the Service, including hosting, database, authentication, DNS, and security providers. These providers only access your data as needed to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
• Analytics & diagnostics: we use Plausible Analytics (aggregated, non-personal usage statistics), PostHog (product analytics, heatmaps and page-speed measurement, as described above), Sentry (error monitoring and page-load timing), and Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views and page-load timing). These providers process this data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MiamiExplore, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if MiamiExplore is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
• With your consent: we may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit consent.

The venues you save are private: other users cannot see them.

Cookies and Tracking

MiamiExplore is designed with privacy in mind. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free and does not track users across sites. PostHog keeps an identifier in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage for up to one year, so it can recognize a returning visitor. Sentry keeps a short-lived identifier in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Neither tracks you across other websites. We also use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences; these are required for the Service to function.

Venue pages include a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address, your browser details and the address of the page you are viewing, and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. If we integrate third-party advertising, those third parties may set their own cookies. We will update this section and provide appropriate notice if such integrations are added.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features.

Your browser may send a Do Not Track signal. The Service does not currently change what it collects in response to that signal.

Advertising and Affiliate Links

MiamiExplore may display advertisements and include affiliate links to third-party products and services. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Third-party advertising networks may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity to provide targeted advertisements. We do not control these third-party technologies. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
