About Venetian Pool

Venetian Pool is a public swimming facility at 2701 De Soto Boulevard in Coral Gables, open to visitors since 1923. The pool is fed by spring water from an underground aquifer and refilled daily with more than 820,000 gallons.

Swimmers move past two waterfalls and cave-like grottos, with terracotta-roofed buildings and wrought iron balconies framing the water. Guests can also sunbathe on a small sandy area, rent a limited number of lounge chairs, and use lockers on site.
