Led by Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete Hospitality Group — now in partnership with Miami Slice Hospitality — the venue pairs a long, backlit bar with elevated American fare: handmade agnolotti, a legendary foie gras flan, and a rotating cast of inventive small plates.

The room, painted entirely black, pulses with live music and vinyl every evening, drawing an after-work crowd and late-night regulars alike. Happy hour runs Wednesday through Sunday from 5–7 PM, and the kitchen stays open well past midnight on weekends.
