Threefold Cafe is Coral Gables' beloved Australian-inspired café, founded in 2014 by Melbourne natives Nick and Teresa, who brought the city's legendary café culture to Miami's Giralda Avenue. Open daily from 7:30am, Threefold specializes in expertly crafted specialty coffee — flat whites, single-origin pour-overs, and cold brew — alongside a menu of fresh, locally sourced breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes that rotate seasonally.

Standout items include award-winning avocado toast, Eggs Benedict, French toast, and nasi goreng, all made with ingredients sourced from local farmers and roasters. The casual, cozy atmosphere draws a mix of Coral Gables locals, college students, remote workers, and tourists alike, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
