Tâm Tâm brings a playful, no-frills take on Vietnamese cooking to the edge of Downtown Miami's Government Center, steps from the county courthouse. Started as a supper club by husband-and-husband duo Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer, the restaurant has grown into a Michelin Bib Gourmand honoree known for finger-food-friendly dishes like fish sauce caramel wings, tamarind-glazed pork ribs, and smoky lamb lettuce wraps.

The vibe is casual and cozy rather than glamorous, with a full bar pouring wine and cocktails, outdoor seating, and even a hidden karaoke machine for late-night fun. Expect a lively, trendy crowd of locals and tourists alike, with dinner service running Tuesday through Sunday evenings.
