Chateau ZZ's brings Mexican fine dining to a restored 1931 chateau on Brickell Avenue, the first Mexican concept from Major Food Group (the team behind Carbone). Designed by Ken Fulk, the historic manor blends old Hollywood glamour with tuxedo-clad service captains, theatrical tableside guacamole, and a Mexican-style raw bar featuring signature Michelada oysters.

Housemade tostadas arrive piled with caviar and crema, wagyu and truffle, or lobster and jalapeño, alongside grilled entrees, over 1,000 tequilas and mezcals, and an award-winning wine program. The space includes an elegant dining room, garden seating, and a moody cocktail lounge, all set within a landmarked estate that once belonged to prominent early Miami residents.
