Secreto Restaurant brings together Italian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean cooking in a small, art-filled dining room in South Miami. The menu runs through housemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and chef's daily specials like ossobuco and filet mignon, paired with a full bar and a notable wine list.

Guests describe the space as cozy and romantic, with attentive table service that regularly earns praise even as the kitchen can be inconsistent on busy nights. Open for dinner most of the week and for lunch and dinner Thursday through Sunday, the restaurant moved to its current Unit 104 location on SW 73rd Street after years in Kendall, and longtime guests have followed it to the new address.
