About Country Club of Miami

Country Club of Miami is a storied public golf facility in Hialeah featuring two 18-hole championship courses designed by Robert Trent Jones. Founded in 1961 with Arnold Palmer as its first professional, the club has hosted legends including Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino, Bob Hope, and Bing Crosby — the latter two as guests of resident comedian Jackie Gleason.

The West Course stretches 7,017 yards at par-72 with a slope of 132, offering treacherous bunkers, lush fairways, and rolling greens that challenge even seasoned players. It hosted the 1991 Senior PGA Tour National Qualifying School and was the original site of the National Airlines Open.
