The Villa Casa Casuarina At The Former Versace Mansion

The Villa Casa Casuarina is a boutique hotel set inside the former Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive in South Beach. Built in 1930 by architect Alden Freeman and later home to designer Gianni Versace, the property now operates as a ten-room hotel, restaurant, and event venue.

Guests choose from six suite categories, including the Gianni's Master Suite, Venus Suite, Il Mare Suite, Safari Suite, Signature Suite, and Roman Suite, each decorated with the Villa's original mosaics and Mediterranean architectural details. The centerpiece is the Thousand Mosaic Pool, finished in 24-karat gold tile, accessible exclusively to guests.

On site, Gianni's Restaurant serves Italian Mediterranean food in a dining room lined with pebbled mosaic walls, and the Onyx Bar pours cocktails in a more subdued setting.
