About Boxelder Craft Beer Market

Boxelder Craft Beer Market launched in 2015 as an independent, family-owned bottle shop and taproom in Miami's Wynwood Art District, quickly becoming one of South Florida's most celebrated craft beer destinations. The original NW 2nd Ave location doubled as a community gathering spot — part bar, part art gallery, part provisions market — offering an ever-rotating lineup of local and international brews alongside cocktails, wine, and hard liquor.

Known for its LGBTQ+-friendly, dog-welcoming atmosphere, Boxelder hosted live music, trivia nights, bar games, and food trucks that drew a loyal crowd of beer geeks, artists, and neighborhood regulars. When the Wynwood building was sold to make way for condos, Boxelder closed its original location and re-opened inside Julia & Henry's in Downtown Miami, where it now pours a rotating selection of 10 draft taps.

The brand's dedication to independent craft beer culture and community-first hospitality lives on in its new chapter.
